Product introduction:
According to ISO11171-1999, ISO4406, NAS1638, GJB420A, GJB420B, SAE749D, ГОСТ17216, AS4059D and other relevant international standards, it is developed by the principle of photoresist method (shading method), Used to detect the size and quantity of solid particles in liquids. It can be widely used in aerospace, electric power, petroleum, chemical, transportation, ports, metallurgy, machinery, automobile manufacturing and other fields. ), turbine oil (turbine oil), gear oil, engine oil, aviation kerosene, water-based hydraulic oil and other oils are tested for solid particle contamination, and organic liquids and polymer solutions are tested for insoluble particles.
Performance characteristics:
1. Adopting the principle of photoresistance method (shading method), it has the advantages of fast detection speed, strong anti-interference, high and good repeatability;
2. High-density sensor ensures high resolution and accuracy;
3. The dense syringe sampling system realizes constant sampling speed and sampling volume control.
4. Positive/negative pressure air chamber device to realize sample degassing and high-viscosity sample detection.
5. 6 inch true color LCD touch screen, touch operation, simple and convenient.
