DOMOS GATE VALVE
DOMOS wedge gate valve is widely used in petrochemical industry, thermal power plants and other oil and steam pipelines as a device to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline.Special materials&dimensions could be orderred.
Main Characteristics:
1. Compact structure, reasonable design, good rigidity of valve, a smooth channel and a small flow coefficient.
2. The sealing surface is made of stainless steel and cemented carbide with long service life.
3. Flexible graphite packing is applied to keep a reliable tight sealing. Operation is portable and flexible.
4. The acuator mode can be by handwheel, pneumatic, electrical and gear box.
5. The structure is elastic single wedge, solid single wedge and double wedges.
Gate Valves are designed to serve as isolation valves. These valves help to control the flow of liquid through the pipes. To start or stop the water flow or any other kind of liquid, these valves are affixed to the pipelines. Gate valves are used for various purposes and they can be seen commonly in homes and commercial centers. Different materials such as stainless steel, cast iron,alloy steel, forged steel etc are used to manufacture these valves.
