APPLICATION
This machine is used in the drilling of bridges, profile steels and flat plates in bridge engineering, water conservancy and port engineering, offshore oil drilling platforms, heavy steel structures and other industries.
FEATURES
Integrated machine with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic elements;
H-beam steel or box beams are directly placed on the supporting platform.There are several horizontal T-slots to fix the workpiece on the platform;
The gantry moves longitudinally on the base, guided by the heavy-duty linear rolling. Guides are installed on the bases on both sides.driven. Servo motor driving, precision reducer and rack &pinion. The gantry is equipped with a hydraulic locking system;
Three CNC-feeding sliding drilling power heads are installed on the moving gantry, which are used for drilling large-size H-beam steel or box beams;
The control system is composed of a host computer, servo motor, PLC, external detection sensor, etc.;
There are positioning cylinders on the upper and lower raceways to ensure the accuracy of drilling;
There are various input methods, such as keyboard and mouse input, USB interface input, network interface input.The data generated directly by the 3D or 2D software.
The main electrical control components and hydraulic and pneumatic components are imported accessories;
Providing G-code software program that can directly convert CAD graphics into executable machine ;
Graph display of processed parts;
With fault self-diagnosis function.
