Equipment Overview:
This equipment is our company's independent research and development of automatic filling (rotary) plunge cap press cap integrated machine, using gas and electricity as integrated machine with PLC system control, easy to operate. The equipment adopts negative pressure filling, which is the first in China. It can also use peristaltic pump or ceramic pump filling method. The unique plug-in filling valve is unique in China. The equipment has a bottle filling, no bottle stop irrigation. This equipment fills the gap of the domestic small-bore bottle automated production equipment, fully embodies the company's advantages in the design and manufacture of non-standard packaging materials. The equipment fully complies with GMP production specifications. Widely used in perfumes, hair conditioners, oral liquids, essential oils and other products.
