Each of Feeder's components affects the way the machine picks up components. Here are a few common areas of damage. What can we do about them?

Part: Beak, cover (roll material cover) , front cover, safety buckle, etc. Are Wear and tear phenomenon, a little not obvious.

Feeder doesn't work in the following ways:

. Don't roll the tape

Is the beak or the inner cover wear these two, the identification method is to use the hand to step-by-step speed down the inner cover reverse push, the inner cover can be reversed, indicating wear. We can usually see it with our eyes.

. Throwing components (for feeder cases only)

The main thing is the location of the material, the feeder cover, which affects throwing components happen. Location: Use Good Feeder to adjust the vision in the calibrator, good Ng feeder to compare. (See Below picture 1) to adjust the feeder's head to the top right to make it look better than the previous feeder (left or right doesn't matter) . Tape guide: mainly wear and tear, not match. What's necessary is to put on the right one. If you don't have an accessory for exchange, use pliers to bend the outside of a tape guide inward so it sticks firmly.(picture 2)
