DEK Clamp, the clamping system of the stencil

Adopt 2 air cylinders with clamping system of stencil
. Adopt straight guide drive clamp the steel stencil
. The cylinder adopts flexible connection to ensure the durability of the cylinder
. The clamping swing arm uses PU glue to contact the steel stencil to ensure the clamping force
. The shrapnel design ensure that the steel stencil will not be skewed or tilted in the device
. The designed chute can drive to ensure clamping force
. How to install?
1. Don’t need to remove machine bodies. Remove the stencil detection sensor.
2. Use the new Clamp, the clamping system of the stencil to install the steel stencil sensor and install the air pipe.
3. Fix with 4 screws in the front and 3 screws in the back. Tighten the screws.
