Product Introduction
FE-2100SA soft magnetic AC measuring device can be used to accurately measure closed-circuit samples of soft magnetic materials such as soft ferrite, permalloy, amorphous and nanocrystalline.
The products meet the requirements of GB/T3658-2008, GB/T19346-2003, SJ20966-2006, and IEC 60404-6. Automatically measure the AC hysteresis loop, magnetization curve and loss curve of soft magnetic materials under dynamic (AC) conditions. Accurately measure residual magnetism Br, coercive force Hc, specific total loss Ps, amplitude permeability µa, loss angle δ, resistive permeability µR, inductance permeability µL, elastic permeability µ′, viscous permeability µ ”, inductance coefficient AL and Q value and other dynamic magnetic characteristic parameters. It provides powerful basic data for fully grasping the AC characteristics of the material, and the measurement process is automatically completed; the power supply is protected, overcurrent and overvoltage are automatically interrupted, and the reliability is high.
Using advanced AMR single-chip processing technology, it can automatically and continuously measure up to 255 test points. The test time of each test point is about 12 seconds. Multi-point test can choose different modes such as fixed frequency, fixed Bm or fixed Hm, and the AC magnetization curve is measured. And loss curve.
