KRD31 series constant acceleration tester is used to test articles under extreme acceleration conditions based on standard like MIL-STD-810H, IEC68-2-7, MIL-STD-202, MIL-STD-750 and MIL-STD-883. 


It is most suitable for testing electronic components or devices. Under high g effect on microcircuits, to check adaptability and reliability of wiring and the internal structures. It may expose mechanical and structural defects that are not found with vibration and shock tests.

 

KRD31 series arm type constant acceleration centrifugal testing machine is dedicated to constant acceleration environmental simulation testing for aerospace components, including those used in drones, cockpit compartments, rocket cabins, and more. It can accurately simulate the constant acceleration forces that components endure during flight, effectively evaluating their structural stability and performance reliability, thereby providing important technical support for the design and optimization of aerospace products such as unmanned aerial vehicles, crew modules, and rocket fairings/cabins.
