Sphere of application：

Equipment composition：
Center lay-out frame, main machine of stranding cage, parallel mould base, winding machine, armoring machine, meter counter, traction device, take-up and lay-up device, transmission system and electrical system.
Product Information：
The rack is provided with two die bases, with two bottom covers, which can be opened and closed. Mould base is equipped with wire-assembling die (customer's own) , cable-forming machine, upper cover is pressed by screws to fix the wire-assembling die. A handwheel and a screw rod are arranged on the rack, which can adjust the front and back of a die base, so that the die mouth is suitable for the stranding angle, and the cable can be well stranded in the assembling die.

Points to note：
1.Each unit of the cabling machine is lubricated locally, and the oil level is often observed from the oil hole.
2. The oil level in the gearbox is checked once a month. If the oil level is lower than the oil line, a new oil must be added, check whether the fastening screws of the wire frame gland are loose and tightened before each shift production.
