Product Information：
Stranding machine is a kind of stranding machine which can be widely used in all kinds of soft/hard conductor wires.
Sphere of application：
This equipment is mainly used for the production of large length bare aluminum, bare copper wire and Aluminium conductor steel-reinforced cable of fan-shaped conductor stranding, round conductor stranding and split conductor stranding.
Equipment composition：
Central laying-out machine, frame stranding machine, parallel die base, tight rolling die base, traction device, take-up and lay-up device, electric control system, transmission system.
Driving form：
Earth shaft type and distributor type
Product benefits:
(1) pneumatic proportional valve controller is used to calculate and track the reel diameter automatically to adjust the reel tension so as to keep the reel tension constant from full to empty.
(2) the frame winch driven by the distributor motor is controlled by PLC, the pitch deviation is less than 1.5% when the wire is made normally, and the synchronization precision is high.
(3) a digital quantity is used to detect the disconnection and display the disconnection in the touch screen on the main console.
