Application
USed in service entrance replacing low voltage bundled cables ,Also suiteable for sub mai distribution and particularly used within high-rise building and street lighting systems.These cables offer high resistance to aging,abrasion,moisture,chemicals,oils and acids and afford protection of phase conductors againest external ingress
It covers circular and flat,single twin, three or four XLPE insulated conductors with a concentric conductor over assembly of cores rated 0.6/1KV, for use in aerial, direct burial,conduit,open tray and underground duct installation
Construction
Conductor : Stranded aluminum alloy AA8000 calss B according to ASTM B231 and UL854
Insulation :XLPE
Color black for bipolar cable
color black, blue and red applied for more than one phase core cable
Concentric Conductor: Single layer of aluminum wires AA8000 served as the neutral conductor,equal to the equivalent AWG size of the power conductor
Separator Tape: A separator tape is applied overtop the helically applied neutral conductor wires, the tape acts as a reinforcing bedding for the PVC jacket
Sheath:A PVC jacket is extruded overtop pf the cable assembly
