Turkey's first anti dumping sunset review on China related polyester synthetic filament yarn!
On January 9, 2021, the Ministry of trade of Turkey issued the Announcement No. 2021 / 1 on polyester synthetic filament yarn (Turkish: Di ğ erleri, Poliesterlerden) made the affirmative final judgment of the first sunset review of anti-dumping, and decided to continue to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved in the above-mentioned three countries for a period of five years, which are US $0.25/kg to US $0.30/kg in China, US $0.15/kg to US $0.17/kg in India and US $0.15/kg to US $0.17/kg in Malaysia. The duties are shown in the table below. The Turkish tax code of the product involved is 5402.47. The announcement shall take effect as of the date of promulgation.

On April 26, 2013, Turkey launched an anti-dumping investigation on polyester synthetic filament yarns from China, India and Malaysia. On October 16, 2014, Turkey made a final anti-dumping judgment on the case. On July 12, 2017, the Ministry of economic affairs of Turkey issued announcement No. 2017 / 17, which made the final judgment of the mid-term review on the products involved in the above-mentioned three countries, and increased the anti-dumping duty of China's products involved to 0.25 USD / kg and 0.30 USD / kg. On August 4, 2019, Turkey's Ministry of Trade issued announcement No. 2019 / 23 to launch the first anti-dumping sunset review on polyester synthetic filament yarns from China, India and Malaysia.
