On July 19, 2016, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued an announcement to make a final ruling on the administrative review of anti-dumping against multilayered wood flooring imported from China: Dalian Penghong floor products Co., Ltd. / Dalian shumaike floor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. the final weighted average dumping margin is 0, fine furniture (Shanghai) Limited, Baishan Huafeng Wood Product Co, Ltd and Anhui Longhua bambooo Product Co., Ltd. and other 76 enterprises involved in the final weighted average dumping margin were 17.37%. Maintain the preliminary ruling on the following Chinese enterprises involved in the case during the period of administrative review investigation on the products involved in the case that there was no reviewable transaction, and ruled to cancel the anti-dumping administrative review investigation of the following enterprises: Changbai Mountain Development and protection zone Hongtu Wood Industrial Co, Ltd.), Dalian t-boom Wood Products Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Zhengtian Industrial Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Guyu International Trading Co., Ltd., Jiangsu mingle Flooring Co., Ltd., Shanghai eswell timber Co., Ltd, Ltd. and Shenyang senwang Wood Industry Co., Ltd.
On March 2, 2015, the U.S. Department of Commerce launched an anti-dumping administrative review investigation on composite wood flooring imported from China. The investigation period is from December 1, 2013 to November 30, 2014. The U.S. harmonized tariff numbers of the products involved are 4412.31.0520, 4412.31.0540 and 4412.31.0560, etc. On January 8, 2016, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued the preliminary ruling of the administrative review case.
