The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) is expected to make a final determination on anti-dumping and countervailing industrial injury of the products involved in the case imported from China on April 6, 2020. This case involves products under HTR 9403.40.9060 and 9403.60.8081 and some products under tariff number 9403.90.7080.

On March 27, 2019, in response to the application submitted by the American kitchen cabinet Alliance on March 6, 2019, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced the initiation of an anti-dumping and countervailing investigation on wooden and bathroom cabinets imported from China. On April 19, 2019, the U.S. International Trade Commission voted to make an anti-dumping and countervailing preliminary determination on industrial injury of wood and bathroom cabinets imported from China. On August 6, 2019, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced a preliminary countervailing ruling on wooden and bathroom cabinets imported from China. On October 3, 2019, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced an affirmative preliminary anti-dumping determination on wooden and bathroom cabinets imported from China.
