Electric heating mixer
One、Purpose
The electric heating mixer has the advantages of energy saving, noise elimination, corrosion resistance, strong production capacity and convenient cleaning. Widely used in food, dairy products, pharmaceuticals, beverages, chemicals and other industries, so that materials heating, heat preservation, sterilization, stirring treatment or slurry storage necessary equipment. The products are single-layer mixing drum, jacket electric heating stirring barrel and jacket heating belt with heat preservation and mixing barrel.
Two、Structure
1. this product is not a pressure vessel. The power supply of the device is 380V, and the top stirring motor is vertical, consisting of a stirring impeller and an electric heating rod.
2. The inner liner is made of stainless steel 304 material and processed by mirror polishing, which is in line with the GMP standard.
3. The outer gallbladder is made of stainless steel and processed by mirror polishing, which is in line with the GMP standard.
4. Reducer: Cycloid pinwheel star reducer, speed ratio 43-1, fixed in the beam bracket, reducer output shaft and agitator shaft coupling.

Four、Install
In order to ensure that the mixing barrel outlet valve unobstructed, do not close or plug the outlet valve (port), electric heating part to add water or heat conduction oil, and then turn on the power supply, in order to safety to install grounding wire and leakage protection switch to ensure safety, the next step to put materials.
Five、Usage and maintenance：
1. before use, the cylinder needs to be cleaned with hot water. Material should not be filled too full, in order to avoid material being stirred by the mixer when splashing, resulting in unsanitary environment or loss.
2.adjust the equipment to the horizontal line before installing the import and export pipe. When working, be careful that the propeller should rotate clockwise and not be reversed.
3. After processing, drain off the material and rinse it with warm water to keep it clean. Cut off the power supply and add cooling water to protect the electric heating rod from prolonging the service life.
4. Always pay attention to the working condition of the whole equipment and reducer. When the lubricating oil of the reducer is insufficient, it should be supplemented immediately. The oil should be changed once every six months (40# oil). Attention should be given to heating oil when it is insufficient, otherwise it will burn the electric heating rod. Wash the cylinder constantly and keep the appearance clean and bright, so as to achieve the goal of durability.
