Third. The basic structure and installation
1,The tilting type mainly consists of pot body, electric rods, electric control box, tilting frame and mixer (Figure 1).

3, The vertical electric heating sandwich pot comprise a pot body and electric heating rod, electric control box (Figure 3).
4, Tighten the bow two screws, rotate the pot, both ends of the inlet and outlet pipe with the pot does not allow rotation.
5, Installed, for stirring the pot sandwich, sandwich heat transfer oil must be added within 4/5 to date, and then add ground connected to 380V power supply. The wire socket, used to power more than 1.5 times.
6, The overflow valves are not allowed.
7, When discharge,first open the lid and then rotate the handwheel, the pot body is inclined to the material released from the discharge port.

Fourth.Note the use of.
1, Sandwich pot during use, should always pay attention to changes in temperature of the heat conducting oil, heat transfer oil does not allow more than 200 ℃ (controlled by the electric control box), and pay attention to timely adjust the temperature.
2, The vertical electric heating sandwich pot material is heated to the desired temperature, the material released from the bottom of the pot.
3, The device class to use, should pay attention to all the rotating parts in the fuel, electric damage. On the surface of the parts stirring the pot sandwich pot, recommended the cooked vegetable oil, machine oil and other places by 30-40.
4, After use, should cut off the power supply, the pot add water, to protect the heating rod part to extend the service life.
