Product Usage:
The mechanical refrigeration ultra-low temperature technology replaces the traditional liquid nitrogen refrigeration, solves the transportation problems caused by the use of liquid nitrogen every day, and the energy required for cooling with a mechanical compressor is only 30% of liquid nitrogen refrigeration. Temperature range -80°C, -130°C, -150°C, -170°C, -190°C, fast cooling, safe and reliable, widely used in petrochemical, medical, pharmaceutical, biochemical, freeze-dried, pharmaceutical, military and other high-tech Industry and other fields.

Technical features:
Temperature range from -10 °C to -190 °C;
The use of cascade refrigeration technology, rapid cooling, low temperature limit;
Use imported brand-name special low-temperature compressor, reliable quality;
All use high quality plate heat exchanger, small size, high efficiency;
Adopts a full set of imported cold controls (Danish DANFOSS Pressure Controller, Balance Valve, Plenum Expansion Valve, Solenoid Valve, ALCO sight glass, dry filter, one-way valve, Abbes Shock Tube, France Jiamei Professional Grade Oil Separators, gas-liquid separators, electronic oil replenishers, etc.) High reliability;
The large-scale unit cooling water circuit adopts the middle heat exchanger, which significantly improves the reliability and safety of the system and effectively prevents the condenser from fouling, eliminating the need for regular chemical cleaning.
Siemens PLC, touch large screen man-machine interface, high reliability, easy operation;
RS485, RS232 interface, can communicate with the computer in order to accept computer settings, remote monitoring, control.

Q2: What's your temperature & humidity range?
A1: Our standards temperature range is -70℃~+180℃, 20%~98%RH.
We also can do Ultra low temperature to -190℃ .
Q3: What's your rate of heating & cooling?
A3: Our standards rate is average 3℃/min for heating, 2℃/min for cooling.
3℃/min,5℃/min,8℃/min,10℃/min,15℃/min linear or non-linear speed is available for us.
