The temperature measurement& brake(control)cabinet is used to realize the acceleration stop of the hydro turbine generator set by the electrical signal from the speed signal monitoring and control device to change the air flow direction in the brake pipe when the hydro-generator unit speed reduces to 30%~35% of the rated speed. Meanwhile, it monitors and measures the temperature of generator upper and lower guide bearings ,thrust bearings, the turbine guide bearing and oil tank, the generator coil and iron core, the air at the front of and behind the air cooler.
Brake circuit: single electric control forced return, double electric control spring return
Brake pressure: 1.0Mpa
Air source requirements: impurity particles ≤ 40μm
The cabinet is mainly composed of four parts:
1. Cabinet
2. Temperature measuring and speed measuring system
3. Brake sealing system
4. Pressure control display system.
The cabinet has the advantages of high precision, easy operation, reliable operation performance, high degree of automation, long service life and superior performance and price ratio.
Brake control mode: one-way, two-way
Braking methods include:
1. Electric automatic/manual brake opening the airlock, closing airlock.
2. Local manual brake opening the airlock, closing airlock.
