High quality common rail injector and pump test equipment NT915
Functions:
Injector test
1.Cleaning: High pressure cleaning for the impurities inside the injectors.
2.Testing the injection and return volume under VL, TL, LL, VE and VE2 status.
3.Atomization test: to judge whether the injector is blocked through the atomization effect.
4.Sealing test: check whether nozzle, nozzle cap nut and solenoid valve leaks oil.
5.Test solenoid valve injectors of different models automatically and test 6 injectors continuously.
6.Test Piezo injectors of different models automatically and test 6 injectors continuously.
7.Test Piezo injector assembly of large resistance value(>2.5 Ohm).
Pump test:
1.Automatically test injection and return volume, pump chamber pressure, feeding pressure and sealing performance for Bosch, Siemens, Denso and Delphi common rail pumps.
2.Automatically test EUI and EUP. The EUI additional system can test products of Bosch, CAT, Cummins,DDC,Delphi, Mercedes Benz, Volvo, Scania, Iveco etc.
3.Test special Denso HPO pumps with 8 cylinder double magnetoelectric sensor, 6 cylinder single magnetoelectric sensor or 6 cylinder Hall sensor.
Characteristics:
1. Air-conditioner to keep the oil temperature controlled at 40±2degree
2. Equipped with original Bosch common rail system. The rail pressure is controlled by DRV and ZME valve at ±0.5 Mpa.
3. Equipped with Germany flow sensor, the flow range is 0.008-4L/Min, the test precision is 0.3%.
4. Equipped with original Bosch CP3.3 pump.
5. Compact universal stand can test 6 solenoid valve injectors successively at one time.
6.The range of rail pressure is 0-2500bar with precise measurement, easy operation, low noise and energy conservation.
7. Output power (optional): 11kw, 15kw.
8. Lubrication oil system: ensure the stability of the tested parts.

6.Users can choose to test step by step or continuous test and choose to test one or six injectors at one time.
7.Users can choose to take the automatic judgment by computer or by themselves.
8.Self-protection under overheat, oil mist, overpressure and low oil level. It will be showed by the indicator lamp.
9.Support multi-language version such as Chinese, English, German, Spanish, French, Russian etc.
10.Remote control is convenient for service and software upgrade.
11.Support customized products and application.
