Product Application
EPS916 integrates the three functions of common rail, medium pressure and single pump nozzle into one, and integrates with Delphi E3, Cummins ISX, VP37, VP44, and other functions to drive the pump to meet the current market demand for all detection.
Functions and characteristics:
The test bench software system contains all testing functions. Including all the standard functions and Selection function. Standard functions has free accessories. Selection functions just need paid Mechanical hardware. Then the optional functions will open.
Standard function:
◆ Automatically test various solenoid valve injector and piezo injector.
◆ Automatically test all common rail pump and HEUI actuating pump.
◆ Automatically test Cat Pump and TICSRED4 Pump .
◆ Automatically test the performance of injector solenoid valve.
◆ Automatically test voltage-current curve of the injector.
Selection function
◆ Automatically test VP37 and VE37 ,VP44 pump
◆ Automatically testSeries of monomer pumps and pump nozzles.
◆ Automatically test Bosch, CAT, CUMMINS, DDC, Delphi, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo EUI/EUP and dual-valve E3, CUMMINS ISX and other special products and with fuel injection response time (BIP) test function which can judge the overall performance of EUI EUP quickly and accurately.
◆ Automatically test Denso HPO pumps with 2 pins double magneto electric sensor or 3 pins single magneto electric Hall sensor
◆ Automatically test C7/C9/C-9,C3126/3408, Ford Power Stroke 6.0L, and so on middle pressure products.

◆ EPS916 Full function common rail test bench use industrial capacitive touch screen and Rotary operation interface.
◆Use movable sliding door and side door. Double door design make the work space bigger and convenient.
◆ With movable casters,It can rotate at 360 degrees and move freely.
◆ Wireless network card provides remote technical service
◆ With BOSCH original CP3.3 new oil pump
◆ With testing voltage monitor
◆ Industrial Air-conditioner, Double temperature control stainless steel tank,automatic temperature control system to keep the oil temperature controlled at 40±2℃.
◆ Equipped with original BOSCH original DRV and ZME, Germany BOSCH EPS815 special temperature control rail tube, the rail pressure controlled at ±0.5Mpa,temperature control rail pipes, the rail pressure range at 0-250Mpa.
◆ Equipped with four Germany high precision flow sensor. Test Fuel injection, pump oil supply,pump oil back oil and engine oil injection. The flow range is 0.008-4L/Min, the test precision is 0.3%.
◆ Compact universal stand can test 6 solenoid valve injectors or Piezo injectors successively at one time.
◆ Main motor 15KW/18.5KW/22KW, we can make different power supply for different countries and markets.
