EPS916 including EUI EUP testing cam box and CAT HEUI injector and pump testing
Functions:
Injector test
1.Cleaning: High pressure cleaning for the impurities inside the injectors.
2.Atomization test: to judge whether the injector is blocked through the atomization effect.
3.Sealing test: check whether nozzle, nozzle cap nut and solenoid valve leaks oil.
4.Testing the injection and return volume under VL, TL, LL, VE and VE2 status.
5.Test solenoid valve injectors of different models automatically and test 6 injectors continuously.
EUI EUP, Cater HEUI and pump test:
1.Automatically test injection and return volume, pump chamber pressure, feeding pressure and sealing performance for Bosch, Siemens, Denso ,Delphi and CAT common rail pumps.
2.Automatically test VP37 and VE37 ,VP44 pump test system.
3.Automatically test Bosch, Carter, CUMMINS, DDC, Delphi, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, EUI/EUP and dual-valve E3,CUMMINS ISX and other special products. Fuel injection response time (BIP) test function can judge the overall performance of EUI EUP quickly and accurately.
4.Automatically test special Denso HPO double magnetoelectric sensor, single magnetoelectric Hall and so on DENSO pumps.
5.Automatically test C7/C9/C-9,C3126/3408, Ford PowerStroke 6.0L, and so on middle pressure products.
Mainly Characteristics:
1.Industrial Air-conditioner,Double temperature control stainless steel tank to keep the oil temperature controlled at 40±2℃.
2.Equipped with original Bosch DRV and ZME, The rail pressure controlled at ±0.5 Mpa,Temperature control rail pipes,the rail pressure range at 0-250Mpa.
3.Equipped with Germany high precision flow sensor, the flow range is 0.008-4L/Min, the test precision is 0.3%.
4.Compact universal stand can test 6 solenoid valve injectors or Piezo injectors successively at one time.
5.NT1500 High precision (BIP) CAM drive
6.Lubrication oil system: ensure the stability of the tested parts.
7.Middle pressure common rail special bracket.
8.Main motor 22KW,We provide three types of model three-phase, 380V/50Hz, three-phase 220V/60Hz and two-phase 220V/60Hz in convenient for the different need of power supply in different countries.

7.Self-protection under overheat, oil mist, over pressure and low oil level. It will be showed by the indicator lamp.
8.Include Chinese, English, German, Spanish, French, Russian and Portuguese operating interface, which is proper for global using all around the world.
