Multiplate friction plates pneumatic clutch
BDC model pneumatic multiple friction plates clutch can transmit high torque. This clutch is driven by air pressure, driving part motor controls driven part after clutch linked. When the clutch separated, driving part rotating with motor, and driven part idle and stoppped.
BDC multi-disc air clutch is composed of cylinder, piston, steel plate, copper based sheet, driving plate, driven plate and etc. After supplying air pressure, piston pushes driving plate to slide along the direction of the axis, group steel disc compressed group copper-based friction plates to come into an integrated structure, clutch linked. After exhausting air pressure, group steel discs and group copper-based friction plates are separated by separate springs, clutch released.
This BDC pneumatic clutch can transmit high torque, used in heavy and hard working environment. It is applied for engineering vehicle, sanitaton vehicle, cleaning car, sweeper, watering cart, suction sewage truck and etc.
