The machine is equipped with standard upper and bottom two axes, 10 groups of blades
which can separate the 10 lines or more LED light bars at same time.all blades are made
of endurable SKD11 high speed steel.
PCB clamping and conveying system ensure precise separating without deformation and
burrs.
The machine adopts touch screen and PLC control system which can monitor production
information,easy to operate.
Full english operation interface , easy to operate.
Features:
1. The conveying speed can be adjusted.
2. The single separated PCB width is 8-20 mm. Max cutting width 200 mm;
3. Machine with automatic feeding system;
4. Machine is equipped with safety protection device.
5. Suitable cutting material of PCB :aluminum ,FR4,glass fiber.
6. Equipped with SMEMA connector ,easy to connect with upstream machine
7. The machine adopts the touch screen and PLC which can monitor production information.
8. MDS-900 is equipped with multiple sets of blades which can separate the whole light bar
board one time.
9. The distance between upper and lower cutter can be precisely adjusted, the separating
thickness of PCB range is : 0.8MM-3.0MM.
