This muffle furnace is mainly used in laboratories for physical & chemical properties analysis, as well as sintering, dissolve, heat processing of metal and ceramics, electric elements, powder etc.

This muffle furnace adopts down opening design, easier for load and unload material; hearth made of new type ceramic fiber, better heat insulation, avoid scald. Can greatly reduce the Sintering temperature, max up to 500 degree C; up to 70-90% less power consumption; can greatly reduce the sintering time, up to 50%; greatly improve the tissue density, grain refinement, improve the material performance.
