Applications
The high-temperature atmosphere furnace can be used in below applications:
for chemical analysis and physical determination in lab; sintering and
dissolution of metals, ceramics; for debinding of electronic components,
powder metallurgy, magnetic materials, quartz materials and other products ,
Pre-firing and firing; heat treatment process of other materials, etc.
Structure
The furnace body adopts a double-layer shell structure, high-performance insulation materials, and is equipped with a cooling fan,
so that the surface temperature of the furnace body is lower, which is 60% more energy-efficient than ordinary furnace. The furnace door and furnace top are sealed with high-temperature silicon rubber, which can be pre-evacuated and can be filled with a variety of inert gases.
