S-450 pneumatic braking shaft brake with good heat dissipation
S-450 pneumatic friction caliper disc brake with cooling fan structure, so it is good for heat dissipation. On the other hand, cooling fan structure can reduce friction pads abrasion thermal, so as to prolong friction pads' service life and then prolong pneumatic brake S-450 NAB-5S usage life greatly.
This pneumatic brake is used for braking steel shaft for stopping, it is normal releasing. That is to say, NAB pneumatic friction caliper disc brake is driven by air pressure, when there is no supplying air source, this brake is in released status, steel shaft is driven by motor part and rotating; after supplying air source, this brake will be braked, making rotating shaft stopped.
NAB pneumatic air shaft friction brake is a regular and standard type friction brake. It can replace Nexen S and T series shaft-mounted friction brake very well. It is composed of cylinder, piston, friction plate, bushing cover, cone-shaped bushing with wedge, bearing, guide parallel pin, return springs, sealing parts (O-ring) and fastener. This NAB air shaft brake is design and made by Shanghai handong company, it can replace NIIKA NAB pneumatic brake, HAC HDB air brake, ASAHI BSB shaft mounted brake with good quality and competitive price. There are two modes of it: NAB-S and NAB-T. The NAB-S type brake is without taper bushing, it is refer to small torque brake, for example NAB-0.2S, NAB-2S, NAB-5S, NAB-10S; NAB-T type brake is with taper bushing, it is specific to larger torque brake, such as NAB-10T, NAB-20T, NAB-40T, NAB-65T. They can produce high torque from 20-636N.m for modern industry usage. Following is the detail technical data of this brake:
NAB model pneumatic brake is industrial friction type brake. It can be used as a brake and tension controller as needed. It is composed of cylinder, piston, aircraft, friction plate, return springs and others. This brake relies on air pressure to brake, return springs to release. After supplying air pressure, piston pushes piston aircraft and friction plate pad move towards and compressed shaft attached lining disc, disc and other rotating parts stopped, brake braked. After exhausting air pressure, piston aircraft and friction plate are separated with shaft attached lining disc by return springs, brake released.
It can well released heat generated from friction via cooling plate mounted on disc with hub. Friction plate is two-cut style, using screw driver to take out head inside screw through hole of disc with hub, it is convenient to replace friction plate with complete structure.
This pneumatic brake is widely used in rubber tire forming machine, food machinery, printing machinery, packaging machinery, textile machine, tire machinery and other machinery.
Brakes' torque can be adjusted via regulating air pressure, when air pressure larger, its braking force is large, too. The air pressure is from 0.1Mpa to 0.6Mpa available. This brake can be used independently or matched with safety chuck together. In above case, NAB brake is used in tire making machine, it is matched with flange safety chuck for tension control. As usually, when this NAB brake used as tension controller, its air pressure can be adjusted with smaller.
