DBF-8 flexible air caliper disc brake for tire machine
DBF flexible air caliper disc brake is made of carbon steel, it is strong and durable. It is normal releasing brake, when there is no air supply, brake is in released status; after supplying air pressure, this brake's up & down braking pads forward and clamp braking disc for stopping immediately.
This brake with flexible structure, it is simple installation and easy operation. After fixed it on workplate, equiped with air source, it can be used. This is the structure and technical data of it for your reference:
This small pneumatic caliper disc brake has three models: DBF-8, DBF-10, DBF-15. They are suitable for clamping steel plate thickness is 8mm, 10mm and 15mm in separately. The plate diameter is 220mm or larger, when the disk diameter is 260mm, air pressure is 0.6Mpa, they can produce braking torque is 80N.m. When disk diameter is 260mm, DBF-8, DBF-10, DBF-15 creat braking force is same 80N.m. That is to say, in the same air pressure, braking disc diameter larger, this DBF caliper disc brake will making larger braking force in relevantly.
This caliper disc brake is widely applied in rubber tire machine, flexo machine, wire winch machine, wire and cable machine, packing machine, printing machine and etc. Some pieces of DBF brakes used together on a steel plate is available, so its braking force will be in some times of single one.
