Transform air pressure to oil pressure pneumatic booster
Pneumatic booster matches with hydraulic brake, it is used to transfer the air pressure to oil pressure, so as to amplify hydraulic brake's braking power. BST hydraulic booster usually matches with DBM model hydraulic brake, this booster will make the hydraulic brake braking force in twice or in quadruple. It is economic and easy operation.
There are two models of air oil pressure booster: BST-2, BST-4. They are equiped with 2" cylinder head and 4" cylinder head in separately. So they amplify the hydraulic brake braking force in twice and quadruple accordingly.
This is the structure and specification of this hydraulic booster for your reference:
From above technical data, we can understand that BST-2 is matched with 2" air cylinder, and BST-4 is matched with 4" air cylinder. On the other hand, BST-4 supercharge ratio is twice of BST-2, so BST-4 amplify oil pressure is twice of BST-2.
DBM oil hydraulic disc brake is mainly power by brakes oil, and can also power by air-actuated matched with hydraulic booster. It is dust resistance, high temperature resistance, high durability and stable. Braking force can be adjusted random, braking range is wide.
1. Disc surface most part is touched with air, heat dissipation easy, braking disc surface temperature will not high.
2. Performance stable and flexible.
3. Torque can be adjusted by air pressure, as a constant tension brake.
4. Air pressure 0.1-0.6Mpa adjustment.
5. Easy maintenance, lining wear is automatically compensated by air pressure and oil pressure itself.
This BST booster and DBM hydraulic brake is usually used together.
