Purpose
This test is to determine the ability of the module to withstand wind , snow , static or ice loads
Testing machine's advantage
1. Dynamic & static integration,It’s can satisfy the Dynamic load testing, and also satisfy the Static load testing
2.The Static load mode:The positive load can realize +10000 Pa, the reverse load can
realize -6000 Pa
3.Dynamic load mode: Dynamic load:1000 Pa, 1000 times, the dynamic load
frequency:7s±3s
4.Cycle times:Free Setting
5.Pressure control accurate:5%
6.Real-time display the solar panel’s deformation, and drawing the force curve and
pressur curve
7. During testing, real-time monitor the current & voltage of solar panel
8. When the deformation value more than setting value, the machine will automatic
protection and stop
9.When the current more than seeting value, the machine will automatic protection and
stop
