Industrial HDB air bore shaft friction brake
HDB model air bore shaft friction brake is the same with ours NAB model brake. This NAB air shaft brake is design and made by Shanghai handong company, it can alternative NIIKA NAB pneumatic brake, HAC HDB air brake, ASAHI BSB shaft mounted brake with superior quality and competitive price.
NAB model pneumatic brake is industrial friction type brake. It can be used as a brake and tension controller. This NAB brake is composed of cylinder, piston, aircraft, friction plate, return springs and others. This brake relies on air pressure for braking, return springs to release. After supplying air pressure, piston pushes piston aircraft and friction plate pad move towards and compressed shaft attached lining disc, disc and other rotating parts stopped, brake braked. After exhausting air pressure, piston aircraft and friction plate are separated with shaft attached lining disc by return springs, brake released.
It reduced heat generated from friction by cooling plate mounted on disc with hub. Friction plate is two-cut style, using screw driver to take out head inside screw through hole of disc with hub, in order to replace friction linings.
Use air pressure as power source, it is safe and economic. There are some models of it: NAB-5, NAB-10(T), NAB-20(T), NAB-40(T), NAB-65(T), braking torque is 53N.m to 636N.m when air pressure is 0.6Mpa. Following is the technical data of this brake for your reference:
