T1000 Full touch screen tension controller for web roller
Tension controller is one part of web guiding system. There are two kinds of automatic tension controller: T500 button operation tension controller and T1000 touch screen operation tension controller. They are widely applied in printing machine, packaging machine, textile machine, wire machine, tire making machine and other industrial machines.
T1000 is a full-automatic touch screen tension controller. It is the first full touch screen tension controller, used 32 bits high precision AD sampling, sampling time is 1 us, sensor signal high precision, fast speed. This tension controller can match with magnetic powder brake, motor, pneumatic brake and etc. This sensor can be connected with single and double pressure sensor, pendulum arm potentiometer and etc. It also can calculated without a sensor inner automatically.
T1000 is a popular and widely used tension controller, it usually matches with all types of load cell, such as LS300 brick type load cell. It is mainly used in steel, tires, printing and packaging, battery, film, label, textile and other industries. It is used for film and paper tension control.
There are three kinds of load cells: LS200 brick type load cell, LS400 through axial load cell, LS500 cantilever load cell. As usually, this T500 button tension controller and T1000 touch screen tension controller are matched with LS200 brick type load cell. It is mounted, easy installation.
