Automatic web guiding system for packing and printing machine
Electric automatic web guiding system is a complete set of automatic rectifying system. Its detect sensor can adjust paper, film, non-woven fabric and other plate materials’ position, make sure them are in the center of winding and unwinding roller automatically. It used for web roller material tension control.
This rectifying roller frame is a kind of coiling control system, it is widely used in many industries, such as face mask machine, packaging and printing machine, film blowing machine, compound machine, bag making machine, coating machine, slitter, rubber & tire machine, battery machine and etc.
In above case, it is the web guiding system used in face mask making machine. It uses A200 ultrasonic deviation correcting sensor for detection. This system applied to make the melt blown fabric cloth tension in a suitable degree, fabric will not deviation and still in the center of roller.
There are two pieces of rollers of web guiding system, one roller is covered with anti-skid rubber material. Another roller surface is glazed without any cover, it can press working material and is good for web material go through smoothly.
