LS500 high precision cantilever tension sensor load cell
Tension sensor is one part of web guiding system. It is used to measure roller loading weight. There are three models of it: LS200 brike type tension sensor, LS400 round type tension sensor and LS500 cantilever tension sensor. LS200 and LS400 are used in couple, that is to say, there are two pieces of load cells at two sides of each working line for detection. LS500 is a special load cell, it's pass through working roller, so it is only one piece of this load cell is enough.
LS500 series cantilever tension sensor adopts imported full bridge strain gauge (high precision with temperature compensation) for detection. After high precision signal and temperature compensation processing, it has the characteristics of high precision, low temperature drift, good linearity and etc.
This LS500 sensor can effectively shield static electricity and group pulse interference of frequency converter. With overload limit, it can prevent sensor from being damaged during overload. Sensor can be equipped with different lengths, such as 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm and etc. Special models are also can be customized if necessary.
There are three kinds of load cells: LS200 brick type load cell, LS400 through axial load cell, LS500 cantilever load cell. As usually, this T500 button tension controller and T1000 touch screen tension controller are matched with LS200 brick type load cell. It is easy installation.
