LS200 automatic brick type tension sensor measuring load weight
Tension sensor is one part of web guiding system. It is used to measure roller loading weight, so as to match a suitable power driver. There are three models of it: LS200 brike type tension sensor, LS400 round type tension sensor and LS500 cantilever tension sensor. LS200 and LS400 are used in couple, that is to say, it is two pieces of load cells in each side of working line for detection. LS500 is a special load cell, it's under the working roller for measuring, so it is only one piece of this load cell is enough.
LS200 series brick type tension sensor adopts imported full bridge strain gauge (high precision with temperature compensation) for detection. After high precision signal and temperature compensation processing, it has the characteristics of high precision, low temperature drift, good linearity and etc.
This LS200 brick type tension sensor is also called booth type load cell. It can be fixed on the worktable stability. As usually, it is matched with T500 and T1000 full automatic tension controller for web guiding system.
