LS400 through-axis tension sensor load cell
Tension sensor is one part of web guiding system. It is used to measure roller loading weight. There are three models of it: LS300 brike type tension sensor, LS400 round type tension sensor and LS500 cantilever tension sensor.
LS400 type round type tension sensor, it is through-axis tension sensor adopts imported full-bridge strain gauge (high precision with temperature compensation) for detection. It is through high precision signal and temperature compensation processing. This round type tension sensor is high precision, low temperature drift, good linearity and etc. The sensor can effectively shield static electricity and group pluse interference of frequency converter.
LS400 tension sensor with overload limit, the sensor can be prevented from damaging during overload. The sensor has various measuring ranges, like 30kgs, 50kgs, 100kgs, 200kgs and etc.
There are three kinds of load cells: LS200 brick type load cell, LS400 through axial load cell, LS500 cantilever load cell. As usually, this T500 button tension controller and T1000 touch screen tension controller are matched with LS200 brick type load cell. It is mounted, easy installation.
