Air caliper disc brake for tire forming machine
HMC-A Air caliper disc brake is an automatic braking disc brake. Its working mode is the same with other pneumatic caliper disc brake. After inputting air pressure, brake will clamp braking steel disc automatically, when exhausting air pressure, brake released.
This mini caliper disc brake with small size, it is easy installation. Clamping braking disc, braking disc diameter should be larger than 150mm, and it can be used some pieces together to increase braking force in a certain time.
It is extensive applied for wire and cable machine, wire winch machine, wire winding reels, small vehicles, roll winding and unwinding machine, rubber tire machine, packing and printing machine and so on.
There are three models of this air operation brake: HMC-1A, HMC-2A, HMC-3A. They are equiped with 1" cylinder head, 2" cylinder head, 3" cylinder head in separately. Suitable for 6mm and 10mm thickness braking disc. In this usage case, it is the HMC-2A pneumatic caliper disc brake used for tire forming machine. Steel plate is connected with driving shaft, when HMC-3A DBC-20 DBZ-06M clamp friction disk, make friction disck stop and then brake the driving shaft together.
