DBH385 Horizontal air engaged friction type brake

Horizontal caliper disc brake can be divided into three types, one is DBH103, DBH104, DBH105; second is DBH203, DBH204, DBH205; the third one is DBH383, DBH384, DBH385. They are named according to their braking disks' thickness and air cylinder head size. For the DBH383, DBH384, DBH385 their braking steel plate thickness is 38mm, it is special.

DBH383, DBH384, DBH385 generate braking power are the same with DBH103, DBH104, DBH105 and DBH203, DBH204, DBH205 when braking disk diameter is the same. In above picture shown, the first table is technical parameter for brake, second table is the figures of matched steel braking plate. As usually, this steel friction plate is made by users.

Friction pads of horizontal caliper disc brake is non-asbestos material, it is durable and with small noise. Old type friction pads is with screw structure, like Niika. Our friction pads with bolt structure, it is very convenient for replacement. Loose the clamp bolts, taking out friction pads and changed to a new pair frictio pads is enough. It is greatly save exchange time and easier.
