1200℃ sliding fast annealing furnace

Vacuum flanges are installed on both ends of the furnace tube of the rapid annealing furnace at 1200℃. The vacuum degree can reach 10-5torr with the molecular pump and 10-3torr with the mechanical pump. A pair of sliding rails is installed at the bottom of the furnace, which can be slid manually. Heating and cooling rates up to 100°C/m. For fast heating, preheat the furnace to the set temperature and then move the furnace to the sample position. For quick cooling, move the furnace to the other end after the sample is heated. Heating and cooling rates up to 10°C/s in vacuum or inert gas are ideal for low cost and rapid heat treatment.

Single set point or 30 segment programmable controller options are available. Energy-saving ceramic fiber material and double layer structure, can reduce the surface temperature to room temperature. The uniform temperature zone is long, the operation is simple, the sealing is reliable, the comprehensive performance index is high, is in the domestic leading level. Heat resistant steel, quartz glass, ceramic tube and other materials can be selected.
