1. The furnace body adopts double-layer furnace shell structure, and the fan is installed between the double-layer furnace shells, which can rapidly rise and drop temperature, and the surface temperature of the furnace shell is low.

2. The furnace door and top are sealed with high temperature silicon rubber, and the furnace door is equipped with water cooling system. There are air inlet, air outlet and vacuum outlet on the furnace body.

3. The furnace material is made of imported alumina polycrystalline fiber by vacuum adsorption, saving 50% energy, and the heating temperature field on the second side is uniform. The heating element is made of contel resistance wire.

4. The electric furnace temperature control system adopts artificial intelligence adjustment technology, with PID adjustment, fuzzy control, self-tuning ability and various heating programs. The temperature display precision of the control system is 1℃, the temperature field stability is ±5℃, and the heating rate can be arbitrarily set from 1℃ to 20℃.

5. Can pass hydrogen, argon, nitrogen and other gases, and can pre-vacuum, vacuum degree can reach 20kPa, atmosphere pressure can reach 0.1mpa, the furnace body is made of thick steel plate processing, safe and reliable, in line with national standards.
