Single temperature zone tube furnace is a tube furnace with only one constant temperature zone.

Installation method

Installation of furnace body

The electric furnace can be placed on the work table to suit the physiological operation height of the human body. The effective bearing capacity of the work table should be more than 200KG.

Electrical installation

Power configuration: 220V (380V). According to the user's electric control cabinet configuration power should be greater than 4Kw.

The thermocouple is inserted into the furnace depth of 25mm, and the N dividing number compensation wire is used to connect with the temperature control meter. Note: quartz tube should be installed after the thermocouple, thermocouple can not contact with the quartz tube. Earth wire electric furnace and control cabinets overall grounding, grounding resistance should be less than 4 Ω.

Wire connection: two parallel, power: single phase 220V (or 380V).

Check and tighten

Due to transportation and other reasons, the fastening condition of each screw in the furnace body should be checked and confirmed to be correct.

oven

After the installation and wiring of the electric furnace, the oven is started. The oven can dry refractory materials, balance the internal stress of the furnace body, sintering with cement, and test the performance and reliability of the electrical system.

Preparation before oven:

Set control temperature according to oven process requirement.

Room temperature ~150℃, 1h,

150℃ constant temperature, 1h

150 ~ 600 ℃, 1 h

600℃ constant temperature, 1h

600 ~ 950 ℃, 2 h

950℃ constant temperature, 2h
