Pneumatic caliper disc brake DBF-8


Pneumatic caliper disc brake is driven by air pressure. When there is no air source input, this brake is releasing, after supplying air pressure, this brake's up & down braking pads forward and clamp braking disc for stopping.


Pneumatic caliper disc brake DBF is a small size friction type brake. Its bottom is stationary, can be installed in different ways. Although its size is small, but it is very flexible, it can be install certain pieces of brakes on a disc, then torque also can be enlarge along with it in certain time.

This caliper disc brake is widely applied in rubber tire machine, flexo machine, wire winch machine, wire and cable machine, packing machine, printing machine and etc. They can be used in some pieces together. 

In this case, DBF air caliper disc brake used for wire winch machine, one set of machine applied eight pieces of air brakes together to brake steel plate.
