High quality hydraulic brake for crane
DBM oil brake is a safe hydraulic caliper disc brake, it is used to clamp braking disk for stopping, so it can be used for crane, elevator or other equipment for braking. It can be used in dry and oil working environment, its braking pads will not slippage in moisture situation.
DBM hydraulic caliper disc brake has two types, right "R" and left "L". So when you order this product, please indicate which type you need in advance. DBM10R, DBM20R means the oil source is input through right side, DBM10L, DBM20L means the oil source is inputting through left side. As usually, the oil is inlet from left side is more popular, if you are not indicate its oil input direction, left side is in default.
Before connecting with BST air oil amplify booster, this brake's technical data as below:
BST hydraulic booster is driven by air pressure, after inputting air pressure, it will transform the air pressure to oil pressure for hydraulic caliper disc brake, so as to enhance brake's braking force in twice or quadruple.
Following braking technical data is DBM brake connected with BST-2 air oil booster, if DBM10 or DBM20 connected with BST-4 hydraulic booster, braking torque is twice of it.
As we know, many suppliers' hydraulic brake will leak oil, our hydraulic brake's components are imported from abroad with good quality, so its sealling effect is superior, will not leak oil during usage, make sure brake's clamping power is stable.

2. What is the MOQ of your products?
* Normally, it is one set, except the customized special clutch, brake, safety chuck and air shaft. It is better to consult our sales engineer in advance.
3. What is the terms of shipment?
* As usually, it is based on EXW price. If needed, FOB, CFR, CIF is also available.
