Helical rotor pmp
G Series helical rotor pump is a positive displacement pump (progressive cavity pump).G helical rotor pump is used to handle the contaminated and viscous liquids such as liquids with hard suspended particles or solid particles ,fiber, high viscous liquids. So, the pump is widely used in environmental protection, shipbuilding, petroleum, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, brewing, construction, mining, chemical, printing, paper making, power plants etc. industries.

Wide application range, good suction, stable performance, high efficiency, smooth flow, small pressure fluctuation, simple structure, easy maintenance and replacement, long service life etc.
Working parts:
main working parts are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed bushing (stator).Due to the special geometry of the two mating parts, separate sealing cavities are formed, and the medium is pushed evenly by the axial direction to flow. The volume remains unchanged and the pressure is stable, so no eddy current and agitation are generated. Pressure: 0.6mpa, 1.2mpa, 1.8mpa.
