G Series eccentric helical single screw pump is for the displacement pump. The major working parts is from eccentric helical screw (rotor) and fixed bush (stator).
The special shape of eccentric helical screw (rotor) and stator separately form the sealed cavities. The medium is evenly pushed in the axial direction and internal flow rate is low and volume remains unchanged to have the stable pressure. There is no eddy current and agitation.
Every stage pump has the output pressure 0.6MPA (60m) when the clear water is tested. Suction height is 3m. Stator of pump is made of various elastic materials. The pump is used to transfer high viscosity fluids or fluids with hard particles or fibers etc impurity. Fluids temperature is not higher than 80 degree Celsius. (Special requirements can be up to 150 degree Celsius). The flow rate and rotary speed is proportional.
The transmission may adopt shaft coupling for the direct transmission or use the speed regulation motor or triangle belt and gear box etc devices to change speed.
This pump has the advantages such as compact structure and small size and easy to assemble and disassemble etc. Rotor and stator is the quick-wear parts of the pump.
