S600 automatic rectifying controller
S600 is driving controller for line guide and web guide. It is a high performance servo rectifying controller that can drive the band encoder directly. The servo motor, the key operation is simple, the ring deviation shows more intuitionistic. It matches with servo driver, ultrasonic sensor or infrared sensor, roller frame to be a complete web guiding system.
This rectifying controller can be match with drive, load cell for automatic working. Driver, using imported stepping motor, precision ball screw, lifetime free maintenance, according to different customers' need. It matching with different travels, installation and response speed. Left and right adjustable switches, it can be adjusted in the outside.
Using imported servo motor and 1000 wires incremental encoder, the precision is greatly improved when the driving speed faster and faster. Feedback the screw rod position in real time without any back switch, limit switch, and can identify mechanical stroke. Precision grinding ball screw is life free maintenance. It can match with different thrust, stroke, installation way, response time according to different customers' requirement.
