LD-905A fully automatic injection and mold opening and closing PU shoe sole production line
Machine Application
It is used to produce all kinds of polyurethane shoe and sole with two-color, single-color, single-density, double-density. It can produce all kinds of high-grade leather shoes, casual shoes, labor insurance shoes, travel shoes, sandals, beach shoes and so on.
Machine characteristics
1. The automatic production line consists of the three-component shoe sole injection machine, one set of the automatic turntable production line and automatic opening and closing mold flames.
2. According to the client's production capacity, the production line can be 24, 36, 60, 80,100,120stations and also can be customized.
3. Mechanism of the mold movement in every stage is pneumatic and every station contains pressure regulator to control independently air pressure in each station.
4. The mold carriers controlled by an air cylinder(SAZN brand). the mold can be automatic opening and closing.
5. The turntable has a mold system that can control the mold temperature. Every station is supplied with thermal process mechanism to complete polymerization in the mold within the same station.
