LD-905B 100 Station Fully Automatic Insole Production Line
Machine Application
It is used to produce all kinds of polyurethane insole with two-color, single-color, single-density, double-density. It can produce all kinds of insole for high-grade leather shoes, casual shoes, labor insurance shoes, travel shoes and so on.
Machine characteristics
1. Three material tanks can suitable for making foam by two kinds of densities and colors at the same time.
2.LD-905B fully automatic insole production line consists of the three-component shoe sole injection machine, one set of automatic annular production lines, automatic opening and closing system and automatic spray release agent system.
3. Three-layer heating sandwich-type tank, using acid-resistant stainless steel liner, sealed insulation cotton interlayer, maintaining the temperature of raw materials by oil heating, so that the product quality is more stable.
4. The annular line is heated by oven, automatic constant temperature, good heat preservation effect, saving energy and labor.
