Machine Application
It is used in the production of polyurethane products, such as polyurethane soles, uppers joined shoes, footwear, midsole, lay shoe outsole, and other shoes.
Machine characteristics
1. Three material tanks can suitable for making foam by two kinds of densities and colors at the same time.
2.Machine head: precision needle valve type injection head, which adopts taper type sealing, not easy to wear and block.the mixing head is completely stirred, accurate measurement (using Taiwan precision metering pump) single button operation, can be switched to different density and color at any time.
3. Three-layer heating sandwich type tank, using acid-resistant stainless steel liner, sealed insulation cotton interlayer, maintaining the temperature of raw materials by oil heating, so that the product quality is more stable.
