Machine Application
Flexible foam, rigid foam, airport chair, auditorium chair, Slow rebound, and high rebound pillows, cushions for car seats, furniture, motorcycle and bicycle, office chairs, handrails, armrest, furniture, decorative materials, etc.
Machine characteristics
1. Machine head: precision needle valve type injection head, which adopts taper type sealing, not easy to wear and block.the mixing head is completely stirred, accurate measurement (using Taiwan precision metering pump) single button operation, can be switched to different density and color at any time.
2. PLC microcomputer computer, using Delta and Chint electrical components (to achieve automatic accuracy and reliability) can input more than 200 station digital values, pressure, temperature, speed digital tracking display automatic control, and equipped an abnormal fault alarm device. Taiwan frequency converter (PLC) can control the proportion of eight different products.
