Product Introduction
Gyradisc crusher crushes materials based on the lamination between particles. It's mainly applied to fine crushing of hard and medium hard ores and materials. The materials are pressed, impacted and ground between each other. It's used for artificial sand, fine, dense and cubic sand materials of bituminous concrete. It constitutes high-grade crushing production line together with other crushing equipment, widely applied in metallurgical, mining, construction, road construction, and cement industries.
Working Principle
Mixed and even coarse and fine materials continuously enter into rotary distributor through the tank and the feed box and then into the buffer chamber along the circumferential direction, evenly distributed in the receiving area. The distributor can control the feeding speed to ensure the stability of the inner layer of the crushing chamber. Materials oscillate with the cone and are controlled by the boss of the moving cone which enables them to go into the grinding chamber freely. At the beginning, materials are lifted by the moving cone liner, with discharging movement and being stuck between the liners. The moving cone leads to materials crushing by means of the grinding and the impact action among materials.
Performance Characteristics
1. More crushing and less grinding greatly improves the efficiency.
2. It's the physical action between particles that crushes materials instead of direction crushing between materials and the cone.
3. It's a new type fine crushing machine optimized and designed specially for ultrafine crushing.
4. It's used in three or four stage fine crushing.
